ADRIAN, Mich. — The Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) has announced its men's hockey 3 Stars of the Week for games played December 9-14.

Ian Amsbaugh, D, Jr., Adrian
Amsbaugh, a native of Bottineau, N.D., helped orchestrate Adrian's offensive dominance in their sweep of Hiram. The junior defenseman tallied six points (1G, 5A) from the blue line, playing a key role in the Bulldogs' 18 goals scored over the weekend. On Friday, he recorded two assists, including an assist on the game-winning goal in the 10-0 shutout. He followed up on Saturday with a four-point performance, scoring a power-play goal and adding three more assists in the 8-0 victory.

Bradley Somers, F, Sr., Adrian
Somers, a native of Oakville, Ontario, was a consistent scoring threat, contributing five points (3G, 2A) to Adrian's perfect weekend. The senior foward notched a three-point night on Friday, scoring a goal and adding two assists in the 10-0 rout over Hiram. He continued his sharp shooting on Saturday, netting two more goals in the 8-0 win.

Jaden Davis, F, Fr., Aurora
Davis, a native of Montreal, Quebec, was essential in guiding the Spartans to a sweep over Hamline. Davis recorded three points, all goals. In Friday's 4-1 victory, Davis scored two goals, including the eventual game-winner. On Saturday, he added an empty net goal to seal the 5-3 win.
